To participate in our 30 Day Paleo Challenge, notify your coach during your regular class time. Here are the guidelines and what you can expect:
Monday 1/2/12 & Tuesday 1/3/12 – Our Benchmark workout will be Jackie and will be conducted at your Monday or Tuesday class. Jackie is 1000 m row, 50 thrusters #45, 30 pullups. Your time will be recorded. This WOD will be repeated at the end of the 30 Day Challenge.
Saturday 1/7/11 at 9:30am – We will host a nutrition seminar and grab everyone’s measurements and before photos. We will give you a food list and sample menus as well.
The official day to start your eating plan is Monday 1/9/11 – the challenge will end 30 days from here, so you have a full 30 days of eating clean and healthy.
The challenge officially ends with the Benchmark WOD, Jackie, being repeated on Monday 2/6/12 and Tuesday 2/7/12.
Winners will be announced at our Saturday 2/11/12 Community WOD.
