We have two Aussies in the house! Amanda's mom, Julie, has been visiting the great state of Texas for the past few weeks. She even got to see Amanda compete at Regionals! Julie has completed Elements with Coach Seth Walker and is officially a CrossFitter now!

10 air squat

10 air squat
5 burpee
5 pull up
10 air squat
7 burpee
7 pull up
10 air squat
*On every odd min do 20 double unders
*burpee and pull ups keep going up in 2′s while air squats stay the same
