How We Program
We offer CrossFit classes in a group setting. Our programming is designed to give you an effective, safe CrossFit experience. All packages carry an expire date based on a 4 week programming cycle. We program for 3 Days a week, so you will see that Mondays and Tuesdays will run the same WOD; Wednesdays and Thursdays will run the same WOD; and Fridays and Sundays will run the same WOD. We do this because unless you are an elite athlete, we believe that three days a week of CrossFit is sufficient. On the other days, we recommend that you work on mobility and other skills needed to participate in CrossFit safely. Rest is very important, so be sure that you are getting enough of it!
You can choose from the following packages:
- CrossFit 3 Days a Week (12 Sessions)
- CrossFit 2 Days a Week (8 Sessions) – If you purchase a 2 Day a Week program; you can always choose the “add on” feature to add an additional class for the week.

Structure of Classes
Our CrossFit classes are designed to teach the group a skill and to perform a workout of the day (WOD). All skills and WODs are scaleable for any fitness level.
The classes will start with a dyamic warm-up. We will then go into skills practice which will allow you to hone in on your CrossFit skills and to be prepared for the class WOD. After the workout, we will finish the class with a cool down and stretching/ mobility movements.
CrossFit workouts are constantly varied and always changing. Some days will include max load, long distance run, or max rounds. The idea is to keep your body always guessing.
