Getting Started

CrossFit can be a little intimidating and hard to explain to newcomers. To better understand CrossFit, we recommend you first view the information on the What is CrossFit and About Premier CrossFit pages. Second, contact us with any questions regarding Crossfit. Third, we recommend that every new participant attend at least one workout prior to training with us.

You can try CrossFit for free in two ways:

  • You can attend a regular class as long as you have scheduled that ahead of time by emailing us (info@premiercrossfit.com).
  • Or, you can attend a Saturday free community workout.  We hold free community workouts on Saturdays from 9:30am-10:30am. The workout is scalable to all fitness levels.  You are not required to schedule attendance to the Saturday workout, just show up!

After you have attended a free workout, it’s time to get plugged in by enrolling in an Elements course. After your Elements is complete, you will be able to schedule attendance to one of our regular classes.
