Our CrossFit Kids Program is for ages 5-12 and is a great way to get your kids moving and introduce them to CrossFit movements.

Come ready to learn new skills, play games, work hard, and spend the entire hour having lots of fun!!! We want to pass on a positive association with exercise, a desire to be fit, and give a strong foundation in good, solid movement.
