Medicine Ball Upper Thoracic
Focus: Shoulders, Chest, Thoracic Spine
Key Points: Use kettle bell or dumbbell as anchor, place med ball beneath your upper thoracic (upper back), allow hips to settle into the floor while forcing shoulders open.
Banded Lat Stretch
Focus: Lats, shoulder
Key Points: Externally rotate your hand (knuckles up), load by setting hips back and allow the band to gently pull your arm forward.
Banded Super Front Rack
Focus: Rear Delts, improves overhead positioning and external rotation
Key Points: Hook writst through the band, keep palm up, allow the band to gently pull elbow back into a super front rack position
Anterior Shoulder Bully
Focus: Anterior Shoulder, Pecs, Improves extension and internal rotation
Key Points: Place hand behind back (about hip level with thumb pointing up), grab the pole, step forward, maintain upright torso, load anterior shoulder
